Second Training commerce

Gosh..one more day to my training in Elcerdo..im soo anxious now..i just browsed through their food review and menu..oh my god..their reviews were ALL perfect..service was excellent..food was great..everything was a thumbs up..oh my god..No wonder Mr Max ( Training Manager of Elcerdo) was saying that his expectation was damn high towards us.. when i went through their menu..oh my god..i have to know some basic German n Spanish as well?? Some of the names are in German or Spanish..okay..screwd..haha..

For those who are not taking this course..Maybe you are not familiar with our job in a restaurant..so il tell you about what we should be doing..First..we need to do some mise en place..Which means preparation before hand..we need to set up the table..the cutleries..water goblet and so on..you think that table just magically appear like that everyday ???haha..Then during service time..we need to sell the menu of course..So..you have to be DAMN sure about the menu so when the guest ask something you can answer..this is the tough one..Then we have to serve the guest what they had ordered..clear the table and so on..The thing is..we need to be crystal clear about the restaurant's menu and beverages..you know..people in KL are fussy..especially those rich ones..They expect good services..good food and good value for money..everything also have to be GOOD GOOD GOOD!!!

Some of you might think that its an easy job..wait until you break some glasses and get screwed from some fussy old guest..then you will know why we actually study about food and beverages..haha..Many people asked me why do you need to study hotel when you can actually enter the field without any certificate?? Well..this world is cruel my dear..Yes..you can go in just like that..but you cant really go far..in another words..naik pangkat fast..you dont have the knowledge yet..Soo..who do you think they will naik first..the one that has all the knowledge and familiar with the industry, or some total noob who are still figuring out what is this industry about??

i LOVE food..yes..i LOVE to eat..and i love to travel..i hate being cage in a stupid office facing chemicals and tubes..So..i got to say i love my course now...though many people think i should do medicine or biotech or something..people..i HATE numbers and chemicals alright..haha..did i ever said the every single experiment i did during my chemical class was a damn failure..haha..YES..even infront of the teacher..i FAILED..haha..even the teacher also wondering what went wrong..Pn Yeow..i seriously think it is my face problem..haha..
