Living happily ever after

‘Living happily ever after’ is probably the common phrase that everyone listen to everyday, whether it is in fairytale storybooks or fantasy movies. Do I believe in this phrase? Yes I do. I believe that everyone deserves to live happily ever after.

But before that, we have to go through heaven and hell to achieve what we want in our life. What is heaven and what is hell? Heaven is where you are extremely happy when you are with that special one. When one simple text can make you smile broadly although people around you are wondering why you are you smiling suddenly out of nowhere. When one simple call before sleep can ease the tiredness from neither studies nor working. When one simple hug and kiss can bring two hearts closer to each other. That, is heaven.

What is hell? When two hearts are no longer on the same line. When two hearts are constantly in pain and anger because of distance, misunderstanding, cannot achieve common agreement. When there is are no longer a smile in the relationship, but tears and pains.

That is heaven and hell in a relationship.

Love can be fairly simple. When two hearts are connected to each other and believe that they can make each other happy and content. No matter what awaits for them in the future, they will hold their hands tightly and go through all the pains and hardship.

As time goes by, things changed.

What’s with all the complaints? What’s with all the argument for something that is nothing? What’s with the ignorance? What’s with the care that will not last?

Where is the trust? Where are the promises that are given? Where are the warmest and care that had you had once owned? Where are all the things that were said? The happiness when you received a simple text from your loved one? The importance and the meaning of holding hand and a simple hug?

They are not lost in the wind, they were forgotten by us, human. Every human are forgetful. Yes, indeed. We will forget the happiness that we once shared in the past and replaced it with jealousy and sadness.

We will only remember when we had lost it. We will only appreciate things when we realize that it is long gone.

Every relationship there are ups and downs, whether it is a long distance relationship or a puppy love. We will learn from our mistakes and bring the things that we had learned in our next relationship.

I still believed in living happily ever after because I trust that everyone deserves to be happy and deserve someone so special that you will want to spend the rest of your life with.

To all my friends out there, please still believe in love.
