While walking around Pyramid that day..I found this super bright color pouches that is on clearance at Bonita..One set of pouch consists of one small and one big pouch..Two sets are sold for ten bucks..DEAL!!! choose blue green yellow and purple..^^ I wanted to post the pic of the four pouches but it just can't..sobs.. Anyway..I bought it not because it is ten bucks..but because of these ----

I have a weakness with colorful balls..^^ Nice colors right??? me love ~~

And i finally got my external hard disc and my external CD drive...YAY!!!!! I needed an external badly because I wanted to reformat my lappie ASAP...it is dying day by day..External CD Drive because My CD Rom KO already and I needed it to reformat my comp..

I am not an IT person..and pretty much noob in this kind of things..so if I get all this kind of things..its something that is pretty new to me..and it kinda excites me a little..haha..I was very very happy after I bought those though it had burnt a big hole in my pocket..:s

After shopping for my new gadgets..went back to college for my first food testing for Entre..it went really well actually..ate ALOT of desserts and it kinda kicks in a little..making me and Ling a bit too hyper..haha..Now..I am a little pump up for it..YES!!! Go go fighting..

Do I have a card on my head written ' I am a joker? ' Why some people tend to look at me and started to laugh..haha..Maybe its a good thing because I am like their source of entertainment or something..^^

Well..I guess when time goes by..people will get use to some things..like when you see he/she..you will think of she/he..It is something that happens so naturally and you can not stop it..Am not emo..just thought of it and feel like writting it out..^^ No worries..

As time goes by..I slowly learned how to control my emotions by not letting it overpower me..Alot said I look really happy now..well yes..I am really happy...Why not put aside your negative thoughts and put it in a positive way..right???

Today both of us had a ' Me myself and I' time..haha..We only had one class today so after lunch in Pyramid..I decided to stay in Pyramid all my myself to walk around and online at Starbucks..and he went back to rest whilte have some time for himself..It has been a while since I walk alone..and enjoy my own company..well..this might be a side effect from my last relationship where I always do that when he can not accompany me at times and I have to walk all by myself..Sometimes..having some time just to yourself is not a bad thing after all..

and guess what?? I went to Karaoke ALONE again..haha..the last time i went alone was because I need to release something because of break up..but this time..I went because I really feel like singing..so I went alone lo..They also look at me one kind when I say one person..but dont care ler..I enjoy then can already..haha

Talking about 'Me, myself and I' time..when a couple see each other ALL the time..as time goes by it is not a very healthy because you will get bored and tired of each other...and it certainly wont help much in a relationship..thats why it is good to have ' Me, myself and I' time to keep each other wanting to see each other after that period..then you will value your partner more when you see them..right?? Something that we had both learned from the past..^^

Music..our life

It has been a while since we both go out on a date together ( two weeks in fact..bluekk..^^) ..with only the two of us..and we really miss those times.. Since I am not going back this weekend. we decided to go and support Sunny's concert..if I dont go..i think he will be badgering me again and again until we go ..haha..

It was still a bit early before the concert starts..so we went to try Snowflakes opposite AC...it was a Taiwanese Dessert house..Amazingly it was quite packed when we reached there..almost all the tables were occupied...

They have their grass jelly series, touhua series, and also tako series..after choosing your series..you can choose your side dishes to go with it..we choose the grass jelly series to go with red beans, tako and crystall jelly..and yumm yumm..me likey..my concept --- Girls like anything that has alot of things in in because you will think it is worth it and anything that is sweet..^^ true no??

oh yes..when you had ordered your food..they will give you this cute little alien device where it will vibrate and blink when your food is ready..then you will have to go to the counter and collect your food..

and it vibrates ~~~~~sounded so wrong wei..^^

To my surprise..Ami is there also..my housemate..he was in the Acapella group..

and ofcourse..Mr Sunny Chew was the conductor of the day..

Fuh Yoh!!! Sunny conducting an symphonic band wei...not bad at all..haha..okie la..don't be so bad..he is quite good actually..and its not easy to conduct of the whole band..and he did..bravo Sunny..We are the one who is cheering wherever his name is called okay..very supportive lo..

Something out of the topic..it seems like a breaking up season recently..heard at least three couples broke up in a day..very saddening actually..aiks..feeling comes feeling goes..its part of the life cycle..just hope that they will stand up and be happy again in the future..good luck to you guys.. and apart from that..I want to tell my baby..

Food for thought

For those who studied Food Science..you can ignore this post..because you probably know more than I do..haha..for those who dont..let me share some interesting facts with you that we had learned from our Applied Science Class

Applied Science Class

In our class, we were learning about fats, perservatives and also addictives in food..I think everyone is quite familiar with MSG right?? This..is a blind test to show that MSG is a taste enhancer..so..Mr Pierre brought two bottles of water mixed with salt..and one bottle contains MSG..The white mouse have to taste and detect which one is more saltier than another..

So kesian that fella..dehydrated because both bottles are quite salty..but atleast he managed to finds out with one is added with MSG..MSG is everywhere in Malaysia..people used it in almost everything in their dishes to enhance their taste..but becareful..it is cancerous..and causes hair falls..

and this..is a picture showing a long long list of all the addictives used in food in all European countries..scary no??? People uses so many things to make your food nice to see and nice to eat..but bad for your body..Check out the nutrition content of the food before you consume..you will be surprise how many chemicals you are eating every single day..:s

Ini apa?? this are french fries from McD that were kept for one whole year by Mr Pierre..and look at the condition!!! its perfectly fine except that it had shrink in its size..imagine the ammount of perservative that was used in those tempting fries...Mr Pierre even said..even ants dont touch these fries..soo..still want to take fries??

and this..is our Mr Pierre's experimental kit..he has all the maltose la..sucrose la..egg powder.self made alchohol..etc..well..now we know why he is so thin..because anything that he eats..he will check the nutrition content before consuming..AND..most of the things now..are FULL with chemicals..so makan apa?? I have no idea..

So what is the healthiest food or shall i say..not so harmful food to us?? After some little analysis with B..we conclude that Asian cooking are safer compare to Western food.. Atleast we do not use too much of butter..margerine..sugar or colouring in our food..So..off to eat chicken Claypit rice..mumm mumm..and its sizzling hot..^^

Well..we are still young and healthy..So it is not a crime to eat chips and fries..but the keyword is..moderation...eat in moderation and you wont die so fast..^^McD ice cream anyone???

Of Pastry Love

First Pastry Class of the term with Chef Karam..chun..haha..Heard alot about Chef Karam and yes indeed...he is good..way better than our pastry chef last term..Our class was really relaxing and It doesnt felt like a class at all..Though he was firm..but..he can be funny at times..First class buat apa?? Choux pastry again..aiks..quite boring right?? in the end..we ended up spelling our names using choux alphabets..^^

Roll roll roll..Chef Karam have to prepare the bread and dessert for dinner service also..so all of us were told to roll roll roll the bread rolls ..haha.. its pretty fun when you see everyone rolling those cute doughs..but when rolling bread is connected to balls..that --- is a different story..haha..the best thing when you make bread is to see the cute round breads bake freshly from the oven..SEE ---

Everyone seems to be talking about 'that' problem..how big is taylors?? news spread around super fast and just in one hour..almost the whole badge knew about this news..Some felt bad..some felt happy..Those who don't know the story might feel bad..but those who personally faced it..will be more than happy when they heard about this..

There is not right or wrong..There is not truth or lies..There is no fair or unfair..The problem is already there..either you face it..or you run away from it..If you take the courage to know what is the root of the problem..maybe it is not as ugly as you thought it is..

Happinness can just be an inch away if you can just open your heart and see the world in a different perspective..There are things that you did not realize in the past..those small things are the ones that built you to who you are right now..

There are times when you should look into the past and learn from your mistakes..but there are also times when you should just leave behind that past and close that book..No point opening something that is already a past..right?? Okay.I am mumbling again..probably because I am tired of writting my report..Alright..shall stop here and return to my bed...good nitey people..loves

1. I did not screwded up my first kitchen solo..^^

2. My stuffed chicken thigh with apple was not bad and chef said quite okay..he said i just need more practice..ahaha..

3. My weird apple cream sauce was quite nice le..bluek..

4. I want to thank baby for being understanding..^^ you know me know..so me lovey u lots lots..^^

5. I did not cut myself..hip hip hooray!!!! though i burned myself a few times and cursed..bluek..

Pasta Mania

Friday friday..hoa..what a week wei..one week already and everyone was beated by assignments and entrepreneurship..anyway...time to have a great lunch after passing up our HRM case study.. Pasta we shall eat...

We came to this restaurant ( forgotten the name ) which have this pasta promotion. All you can eat pasta for 14.90 ++ There are six types of pastas served and you can order as much as you want..very worth it for a big eater and a someone who is very hungry like us..hungry~~~~~The restaurant is super homely and you just feel like you are eating at your friends house or something..Anyway..the record of the day falls on Carlos..four plates!!!! congrates..

and while we were playing games and chatting after eating..Randall asked us what do we think if he has hair like his friends?? I was like..I am so going to use the machine to cut grass and chop off your hair..then Aaron suggested..why dont you stand infront of your friend and see how you look?? and THIS..is how he will look if he has hair------------------
