Weight Issues
I am not anorexia or bulimic, either do I have any eating disorder. Yes, I do check my weight very often and can be pretty obsess if it fluctuated. I eat normally, perhaps with a little bit more of self controlled with the portioning. I rarely finish my food, sin I know, but I just don't like the feeling of being extremely full at all times, except if I go for buffet.
I used to be those girl that kitchen towel is your best friend because you want to get rid of any single drop of oil in your food, avoiding fried food, and eat very little rice, or even none. But, that was me like 5 years back, not now. I consume food normally. For me, breakfast is a MUST. I MUST eat breakfast, if not I will get moody and will complain i am hungry until I get my food. Lunch and dinner is a must also! I don't mind tea time either.
5 years back I was 43kg-44kg. Then two years ago, after some emotional stress and all, I was 41kg-42kg. And now, with not much issues or anything, I am 39kg-40kg. So tell me, what is wrong?
Everyone asked to eat more eat more, everyone asked why are you so thin etc. and oh, including my parents. Seriously, I don't know! The person who knows my eating habit the best would definitely be B. I get hungry faster than he is, although i eat lesser. So how? if it continues to drop until 35kg ( please don't, touch wood! ), I will consider consulting a doctor.
Mum
Well, I must say that my mum is a very self conflict person. Why so? I used to have long hair for a long time, and she always nag me to cut it shorter, saying that your hair drops a lot, lalalalala...=p And then, the first thing she said when she saw my hair, was
' Why you cut your hair? Kept it for so long and you just chopped it off, not sayang? Did you keep your hair? You can sell your hair to make wig you know.'
I was speechless. haha. Who would want to buy my crawling split end hair to make wig? tsk tsk tsk.
And then it was that day, when everyone in my family went over to Renaissance in KL to celebrate my grandfathers birthday. So left me and B home alone in Seremban. She was worried and even called me from Penang.
'How can you two be alone at home? Can not.'
'Don't worry, I have my period now. =p ( smiling at myself while saying that )'
'Oh okay. Alright then. Bye'
" ..........."
And then before they left to KL, my mum told B to be good! hahahaha. Oh well, parents. Being alone at home, such freedom! haha. It is not our first time anyway, but it is a bit scary to be home alone in my house in Seremban. Have to double check every locks and window before sleeping, have to make sure the internet line is pulled off etc. My dad have to sms me two three times asking me to lock the doors. tsk tsk.
Have more faith in your daughter please. =p
Home alone means excessive camwhoring. This was taken using our Ipod. Now I know why they say the cam is not good. tsk tsk
So much better using my camera..though it is still blur.=p
Dolly's 20th
So our lovely Dolores just turned 20th last Friday, and we had a simple dinner at Brugge on her special belated day. =p
Dear Dolores,
Hope you had a great 20th birthday this year, either with your family, Jason, friends or with us. Thank you for being a great friend especially when I had problems in KL, you are the nearest person that I can reach. Though it is a bit scary to see me walking while crying at Ridzuan, remember? haha. Had much fun in high school with you, and of course now as well. Love you to bits, and hoping you can pull it off your stressful and busy period now!
Us us! =)
