Organic food

Yesterday was a hell of a day, we were out since 12pm until almost 11pm. Reason being? Marketing research and journey to seek referee for our Resume. At the end of the day, though I did not do anything extreme, but I still felt superbly exhausted. How I wish I have another Sunday so I can rest for another day.

Marketing Research @ Organic Vegetarian Fresh Mart & Restaurant, SS18

We are using Qualitative method to conduct our research..Our group's research topic is on Organic food so we have to interview people who purchase organic food or consume organic food regularly. It is my very first time to interview people in public so I am actually quite nervous. Luckily the shop owner is very friendly and allowed us to interview any of his customers. Me and Aaron were the interviewer and the rest have to record the interview and jot down any important informations. Throughout the whole interview process, it went on pretty smoothly except for one particular interviewee who hentam me back! haha. Well, I asked him question and he asked me back pulak. haha. I was  suppose to stay neutral and not give any personal opinion during the interview.

A little example of what to expect in an organic food restaurant ::

Organic Cincau ( Gan claimed it is horrible ), Organic Soya ( Tasteless T.T ) and Organic Aloe Vera ( This one is pretty good )

A lot of Organic Food merchandises

Mushroom Pizza ( Vegetarian of course =p )

This is actually quite good..The pizza dough is very thin and crispy.. I think they used sweet mustard to replace cheese and it actually works. haha. They only put a very thin layer of tomato sauce which I think more sauce will taste better..Inoki mushrooms and shitake mushrooms were used with some green capsicum. Not bad really though I still prefer regular pizza. =p

Mushroom Fried Rice

Looks appetizing huh? haha.

Probably because I like a lot of vegetables in my food so I think it looks appetizing..=p I think the presentation is quite nice because it is very colorful with all the varieties of shredded vegetables on top of the rice. Taste wise it is way better than my expectation really. It is quite flavorful even though it is a vegetarian dish and hey! This fried rice has wok hei le! haha. Way to go vegetarian food! =)

I am not a vegetarian myself because I can not live without my meat! Worry not, I am an omnivore, not carnivore. =p There are quite many organic food consumers out there and it is slowly becoming a trend in Malaysia. GOOD JOB! If the demand for organic food is increasing then we will be expecting cheaper organic food in the near  future.

Alright...interview down and now..its time to finish up our final report! Aza aza fighting! =)
